The yin classes have been fantastic for my physical and mental health. It’s a good mix of stretching and mindfulness. I really like that you can be challenged at any level but it’s not hard on my joints.

I was skeptical but both my physio and PT recommended yoga to help with strength-building and recovery after an injury. But hey, if the footy players do it then so can I! It’s helped massively, and James has listened and given me tailored poses and adjustments. I really look forward to the classes and will be continuing - thanks heaps mate!

I am only participating in his yin meditating classes. They are well prepared and he puts a lot of effort in making them beneficial for the participants. For me it means more relaxation, better sleep and better posture
